Procurement Reconciliation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of supplier reconciliations.

Your main duties will include reviewing supplier invoices, updating reconciliation systems, and working closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all invoices are processed and reviewed in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for lodging and monitoring disputes with suppliers, meeting month-end deadlines, and answering supplier account enquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administrative, procedural, and organisational skills, as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
