Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced medical ward environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication, patient services and administrative tasks. This is a permanent part-time position requiring 48 hours per fortnight, covering Monday, Thursday and Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.

The Department

Our acute general medical ward provides care for patients with both acute and chronic conditions. As a clinical coordinator, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication within the ward
  • Coordinate patient services and administrative duties
  • Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and customer relations
