Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Leasing Consultant to join our team at Belle Property. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tenant inspections and open homes to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Prepare and complete in-going reports to ensure a smooth tenancy process
  • Process tenancy applications and provide timely updates to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Provide reporting and communication on progress to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve sales and leasing targets

Requirements

  • Certificate of registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Experience in a similar role (essential)
  • Experience with property management software and systems (an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills required
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work to timelines and adhere to policies and procedures
