As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, developing new client relationships, and maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture an existing portfolio of properties
  • Develop new client relationships and business opportunities
  • Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine, in-going and out-going inspections
  • Manage rent arrears and resolve any disputes
  • Manage all repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare for and participate in tribunal proceedings
  • Participate in team training and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a property management department role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude with an interest in self development
  • Current Certificate of Registration/Licence
  • Own well maintained vehicle essential
