Job Description

Provide high-level supervision of customers in the aquatic environment at our Chermside Aquatic Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring the facility operates safely and customers adhere to safety standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction to customers, leading by example, and promoting a positive work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in customer service, lifeguarding, food and beverage management, and more.


Key Requirements
  1. Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
  2. Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
  3. Current CPR
  4. Current First Aid
  5. Current Pool Lifeguard

As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing clear direction to customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards.

As a duty manager, you will lead, manage, and inspire the team on shift with a positive attitude, open and clear communication between you and the team.
