Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Adelaide CBD. As a key member of our Triple Zero call centre, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers across Australia.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with our client Telstra to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure timely connections to emergency services.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre or face-to-face environment. A stable working history, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from all over Australia
  • Efficiently connecting emergency calls to Police, Fire, or Ambulance dispatchers
  • Providing consistent and high-quality service
  • Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A stable working history
