Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Practice Management team as an Associate.

The successful candidate will support our practice management research and business intelligence initiatives, providing critical support to advisors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data requests, study administration, and the Medallia platform to ensure seamless support for global benchmark studies and surveys.
  • Collect, administer, and interpret study data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate complex PM initiatives, including project management, messaging development, training, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the GCG team to design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors and aligned firms.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-4 years' professional experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships and credibility across internal constituencies.
  • Highly analytical and quantitative skills, combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a big-picture focus, excellent interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Proactive nature, with the ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
  • Focused on customer needs, with the ability to build trust and confidence.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
