Lead Digital Growth Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing professional to join our team as Lead Digital Growth Manager. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and other emerging ad formats. Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling CPA, maintaining strong ROAS, and monitoring MERSEO and GEO.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Own the performance tracking stack, including GA4, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and server-side tracking. Deliver clear reports that link spend to revenue and profit.
  • Conversion and Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with CRO and web manager to improve landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys. Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital performance with brand strategy. Manage agency relationships and hold them accountable to ROI. Track competitor activity, digital marketing trends, and shifts in AI-driven discovery. Recommend proactive steps to stay ahead.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large paid budgets
  • Strong understanding of SEO and some experience with analytics, GEO, and AI search exposure
  • Confidence working with agencies and translating their work into business growth
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue and profit, not just clicks
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with brand, CRO, content, and design teams
