Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term working relationships with clients and candidates. You will proactively resourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking, and headhunting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and solutions
- Candidate Sourcing
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including database, advertising, networking, and headhunting
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for clients
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on recruitment metrics and trends
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize recruitment processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Construction, Property & Engineering market
- Strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
