Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and solutions
  • Candidate Sourcing
    • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including database, advertising, networking, and headhunting
    • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for clients
  • Recruitment Process Management
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
    • Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on recruitment metrics and trends
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Construction, Property & Engineering market
  • Strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
