Enterprise Risk Manager

This role oversees the coordination and management of enterprise risk frameworks, ensuring organisational resilience and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal audits, manage the Audit, Risk, and Improvement Committee, and apply Council's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Manage the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Business Continuity Plans in collaboration with all business units.
- Communicate with managers and staff on enterprise risk management principles and practice.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and database use.
- Demonstrated experience and capability to deliver key accountabilities and advanced capabilities.
