Mane Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead our ERP implementation project.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum

As a Senior Business Analyst (ERP Implementation), you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure that the ERP system aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for D365 F&O implementation.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and configure D365 F&O to meet business needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP implementation, specifically D365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in business analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Relevant certifications in D365 F&O or Business Analysis are a plus.
