Job Title: ERP Transformation Lead

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Transformation Lead to lead the most significant transformational change to their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology solutions in over two decades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver major process and cultural change initiatives, focusing on a people-first approach.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation within the Business Transformation Team to achieve positive outcomes for the Council and the community.
  • Engage with various teams across the organization, leveraging their insights and expertise.
  • Maintain flexibility in work arrangements to support work-life balance while meeting project deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP systems (e.g., Finance Systems, HRMIS).
  • Extensive experience managing vendors with a focus on enterprise-level delivery practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in accessible terms to various stakeholders, including executives and staff.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to coach and support cross-functional teams through challenges.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience with Technology One and/or Council will be preferred.
