The Department of Education, Western Australia, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Science teacher with a strong focus on Biological Science to join our high-performing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified Science teacher with a strong focus on Biological Science. The successful applicant will ideally have experience teaching Senior School ATAR Biology, with experience in ATAR Human Biology also regarded favourably.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification;
  • A valid Working with Children Check;
  • A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check;
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
