Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Specialist to join our Digital Business & Workplace Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to provide top-notch support to our employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Tech Centre, providing administration, management, and 2nd level end-user support
  • Develop and deliver induction training programs for new employees and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide end-user coaching and training, as well as hosting of tech information and 'How to' sessions
  • Create and maintain end-user guides, technical documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Elevate support for key stakeholders, including ALT, EAs, and Directors
  • Support a range of technologies, including Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android, as well as managing and supporting an AD/O365 environment
  • Ensure technology platform and hardware system uptime meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets through to resolution and fulfillment
  • Analyze customer feedback and concerns to continually improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of customer-facing service experience
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant technology certifications are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong documentation creation skills
  • Ability to train and coach employees on technology products and services
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Aptitude for acquiring new technology skills and eagerness to learn about all technology products and devices
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
