We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team, working in over 300 locations across Australia. Our focus is on providing flexible and supportive work environments that cater to diverse caseload interests and experience levels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Providing essential speech pathology services in schools, homes, and communities
  • Using clinical observations, assessments, and evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining awareness of NDIS legislation
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by continuous improvement and innovation
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
