The Job Overview:You will be responsible for leading a team of support staff in providing therapeutic and goal-oriented support services to clients with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include case management, making referrals to relevant services, managing a caseload, ensuring the service meets accreditation standards, maintaining accurate records, and providing effective leadership to employees under your supervision.
About This Role:We are seeking an experienced professional who has demonstrated knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its implications for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, including experience with complex rostering and caseload management. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within a team and with various stakeholders.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, you will be skilled in problem-solving, identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing these using a logical and systematic approach. You will also have a high level of adaptability, resilience, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Qualifications as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Current Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS Card
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Valid QLD driver's licence
- First Aid and CPR
