**Clinical Operations Director Role Summary:**

The Clinical Lead oversees the clinical operations strategy, coordinates site management activities, and leads operational efforts to achieve project objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth clinical trial execution
  • Develop and implement clinical trial management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate Monitoring Visit Reports and follow-up letters for adherence to ICH-GCP and quality standards
  • Mitigate risks through proactive identification and develop strategies for risk management
  • Support audit responses and CAPA reviews
  • Manage clinical resources to optimize monitoring activities within defined parameters

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Graduate degree in a clinical or life science field
  • Experience managing clinical operations deliverables and leading teams across multi-region studies
  • Demonstrated expertise in study quality and system compliance management, and creation of study plans
  • Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
