The SES2 General Manager, Data and Analytics Leader is a key position within Acendre, responsible for leading the establishment and growth of our Data Division. This role requires a strong leader who can drive enterprise-wide governance, management, and use of data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a data culture and literacy strategy to drive business outcomes
- Champion data and analytics innovation across the organization and with key partners
- Manage business planning, risk, and quality to ensure the organization is accountable and well-positioned to adopt emerging analytical technologies and approaches
- Contribute to executive strategies, governance, and decision-making, including providing advice and strategic recommendations to other executives and the CEO
- Provide strong leadership of the Data Division and lead broader transformation change across the organization
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ongoing Negative Vetting 2 security clearance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in data governance, management, and analytics
- Ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making
