      About The Role:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Providing strategic legal advice and guidance on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance issues impacting clients' business operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in commercial law to maintain expertise and advance client interests.

      Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of PQE in commercial law with a strong focus on contract law, corporate law, and commercial regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
