Opportunity for a Senior Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to take on the role of Commercial Law Practice Leader.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial law transactions and be able to provide strategic leadership to our commercial law practice.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning law firm and lead a team of lawyers and paralegals in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

About the Role
  • Lead our commercial law practice and develop strategies to drive growth and success;
  • Manage a team of lawyers and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial law and ensure that our practice remains at the forefront of this area of law;
  • Contribute to the development of our firm's business strategy and help shape its future direction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial law, preferably with experience as a Partner or Principal;
  • A strong reputation in the market as a trusted advisor and thought leader in commercial law;
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including lawyers and support staff;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances;
  • A deep understanding of commercial law and its applications in various industries.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $160,000-$230,000 per annum;
