Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing advertising policies and campaigns to reach target markets
  • Providing expert advice on advertising strategies and campaigns to executives and clients
  • Creating consumer awareness and promoting the attributes of goods and services through various marketing channels
  • Analyzing data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms to inform future strategies

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and other software such as Hubspot CRM
  • Customer-first approach with experience in Account Management, Training, and Support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Competitive Salary Package

We offer a dynamic work environment that values flexibility and adaptability. A competitive salary package includes a base salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 p.a., excluding superannuation.
