Global Talent Mobility Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Talent Mobility Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to the development of cutting-edge global mobility programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Mobility Tax Support:
  • Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation:
  • Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.
  • Contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise:
  • Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting.
  • Assess individual tax residency.
  • Prepare tax returns and equalization settlements.
  • Ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work.
