Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Qualifications and Experience

We seek an experienced and senior subject matter expert Compliance Officer to join our team.

  • 7+ years of experience in Compliance within the trading industry with extensive support provided to trading desks.
  • Deep understanding of trading regulations impacting global market makers with strong knowledge of APAC expectations and market structures.
  • Proven track record in developing executing Compliance programs policies and controls.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills capable of interpreting complex regulatory requirements and delivering practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership through previous experience leading teams projects or strategic initiatives with a focus on stakeholder influence and outcome delivery.
  • Effective communicator able to engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Committed to the highest standards of ethics integrity and professionalism in all responsibilities.
