
Sales and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented admin professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, helping ensure our clients have a seamless solar experience.
About the PositionThis is a part-time role with 15-20 hours per week, offering flexible days and a supportive team culture.
- Book in leads for the sales team and maintain follow-up for sales enquiries.
- Maintain and update our internal database, providing accurate information for our clients.
- Support administration tasks related to install completion and provide backup support for the broader admin team.
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in administration (min 2-3 years preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- A genuine willingness to learn about the solar industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and online systems.
- Flexible part-time hours.
- Supportive and inclusive team culture.
- Fully functional office environment.
- Standard office hours (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) with flexible days.
