Internship Opportunity with Human Resources Department

  • This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the human resources department in a global IT software company, supporting all HR functions within the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data input and cleansing within the internal HR system.
  • ">
  • Contribute to HR communications and initiatives, such as developing internal newsletters and coordinating well-being/engagement activities.
  • ">
  • Participate and gain exposure to ongoing HR projects (both regional and global).
  • ">
  • Perform general administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties to support the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A degree in Business or Management (preferably a Bachelor in Human Resource Management).
  • ">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Outlook, Excel).
  • ">
  • Desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
  • ">
  • Enthusiasm and passion for working with people.
  • ">
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
  • ">
  • Business-level English is mandatory, with any other APAC language an advantage.
