Job Description

The Business Engagement Specialist will play a key role in enhancing employee support, driving operational efficiency, and improving the overall work experience.

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks, system setup, and inductions.
  • Support HR initiatives and change projects, assisting with planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support on employee relations matters, including EA-related documentation.
  • Collaborate on embedding HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency across all levels.
  • Help streamline HR systems and automate workflows where possible.
  • Deliver HR reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
  • Maintain HR systems, templates, and knowledge hubs to enhance team capability.
  • Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in HR administration, coordination, or generalist support. A background in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is highly regarded. The successful candidate will also have experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
