Seasonal Sales Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team for a seasonal period. With over 40 years of experience in helping men make their mark with expert tailoring and sustainable garment-making, we are confident that you will be able to provide an outstanding customer experience.

As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point of sale transactions to our customers. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share your knowledge with customers, manage stock and prevent loss, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure the store meets brand standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills, proactive problem-solving skills, natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm, flexibility to work weekends and extended trading hours, and a Country Road Group can-do attitude and passion for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point of sale transactions
  • Utilize tools available to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers
  • Contribute to smooth store operations by managing stock and preventing loss
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store meets brand standards
