Senior Anesthesiology Professional

The Position and Institution

The anesthetic team at Bendigo Health comprises specialist anesthesiologists, registrars, who provide a wide range of services to both public and private patients.

Specialist anesthesiologists deliver anesthesia and related services to all interventional disciplines except cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, and transplant surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Teaching of anesthesiology trainees as well as other junior medical staff, medical students, and nursing personnel.
  • Providing anesthesiology and related services in the Interventional Suite and pre-admission clinic.
  • Participating in an Acute Pain Service and an Obstetric Anesthesia service.
