About This Role

We're seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our Commercial Hotel as an Assistant Manager.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
  • Develop strong relationships with our loyal customers
  • Collaborate with the Publican to maintain a high-performing team and exceptional customer experience
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, minimizing disruption to our business
  • Lead by example, consistently delivering excellent customer service and promoting a positive work environment
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a hospitality or management role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
  • Able to learn from experienced managers and take on new challenges
  • Confident, proud, and people-focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Possesses current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications, as required by state regulations
