The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Communications and Change Manager to lead and manage significant change and communications initiatives across the business. This includes change activities related to rolling out business IT projects, internal communications, the internal Intranet platform, Website, and employee training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively convey change initiatives to all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the management of the Stowe internal Intranet and Website as a critical tool for internal communications and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training programs that align with change initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Lead change management projects, ensuring that change is implemented effectively and with minimal resistance.
  • Engage and align key stakeholders and leaders, facilitating buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of communication strategies, intranet functionality, and training programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, Websites, and learning management systems.
