Customer and Community Liaison

Fulton Hogan is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Community Coordinator to join our team in Rydalmere. As a key member of our Customer and Community team, you will provide support to our customers and stakeholders, develop and deliver communication materials, and assist with community and key stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the management of general enquiries inbox and logging of stakeholder interactions using Consultation Manager;
- Assist with team administration, including managing work trackers, logistical operations such as booking and liaising with print and distribution suppliers;
- Develop and deliver communication materials, including notifications, engagement plans, and social media posts;
- Learn and develop communication skills in interacting with stakeholders, including the local community, businesses, and other key stakeholders;
- Participate in the roll-out of internal communication activities and sustainability opportunities;
- Assist in the development of content for social media and proactive media opportunities.
- A proactive approach to working with and adapting to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders;
- A strong ability to establish common ground and build relationships;
- The self-motivation to manage your own workload on a day-to-day basis;
- The ability to understand how impacts on our stakeholders can influence risk to our reputation, and the ability to take action to mitigate this risk;
- A degree in communications, public relations, community development, environment, urban planning, geography, social science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
- Experience working on infrastructure or urban development projects.
