- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to design and deliver engaging learning environments, while communicating with families and stakeholders to support children's development.
- Maintain high professional standards by adhering to National Quality Standards and relevant regulations, continually evaluating and refining teaching practices to improve outcomes for children.
