Visionary Solutions Designer

Solutions Architects at leading organizations design and deliver innovative solutions for customers, leveraging the Atlassian suite. They build long-term relationships with customers, guiding them on their transformation journey to support corporate initiatives.

• Strategic Solution Roadmap Discussions: Align customer business objectives with Atlassian capabilities and potential AI enhancements.
• Map Customers' Corporate Initiatives: Demonstrate how the Atlassian platform drives positive business outcomes.
• Trusted Advisor: Enhance strategic capabilities through sustained mentorship.
• Visionary Leader: Set a compelling vision for a productive future, considering unique challenges and organizational capacity for change.
• Product and Service Opportunities: Identify and cultivate opportunities that align with customer strategic needs.
• Strategic Sales and Account Planning: Participate in sales presentations and ongoing team account planning and growth activities.
• System Architecture and Governance: Define architecture, provide oversight for implementation and solution deployment, and guide customers through complex decisions.
• Change Management and User Adoption: Advise customers on processes required for successful adoption of new technologies and redesigned processes.
• Rapid Prototyping and Innovation: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype app innovations and custom solutions.
• Domain Specialization and Thought Leadership: Lead design of high-value assets, contribute to intellectual property, and participate in partner channels.

• Minimum 8 years of related experience or equivalent in technical consulting or solutions architecture.
• Proven experience in guiding customers through significant technology changes, including developing and implementing change management strategies.
• Mentoring other consultants or architects to grow their technical and solution design capabilities.
• Demonstrable expertise in one of the following domains: Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Enterprise Service Management, World-Class Software Development, Cloud Migration.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, Agile, DevOps, or Change Management.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust with senior customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Envision, design, and articulate sophisticated new solutions and multi-year architectures.
• Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills, simplifying complex concepts and articulating a compelling vision.
• Executive Presence: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
• Architectural Expertise: Explain complex architectures and solutions, with deep understanding of integrations between Atlassian and other platforms.
• Customer Focus: Innovator mindset and adaptable approach to leading engagements with external customers.
• Problem Solving: Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills.
