Strategic Mobility Manager

The Team Leader - Endpoint Management and Messaging is a key role within the organization, leading the delivery of desktop solutions, mobility services, identity and access management, application packaging and deployment, messaging, application support, and collaboration services.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and maintain corporate desktops, identity and access management, mobility solutions, software packaging, patching, and administering Software-as-a-Service products.
- Lead a high-performing team, maintaining positive relationships with business units, and driving the development and implementation of new desktop and mobility techniques.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and management technologies, cybersecurity tools and processes, and excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude for leadership and the ability to build and lead an effective team.
- Excellent working knowledge of desktop and management technologies including Microsoft SCCM & Intune, Windows 11, Group Policy Management, Microsoft O365 applications including Teams, Active Directory, hybrid cloud environments, and cyber security tools and processes.
- Familiarity with endpoint cyber security controls.
Please note that relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
