You'll contribute to developing efficient, compliant global mobility programs and bring innovative solutions to the market.

  • Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility.
  • Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers and provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.
  • Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness.
Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Mobility Program Leadership: Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Strong client relationship management and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work.
