Global Mobility Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice on global mobility programs and delivering high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles.
  • Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services.
  • Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mobility program leadership experience within large organizations or professional services environments.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries.
  • A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure.
