Store Leadership Position

A dynamic and passionate leader is required to spearhead a high-performing retail team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fashion retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also demonstrate expertise in managing stock levels, minimising stock loss, and optimising visual displays.

In this full-time position, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading their team to achieve sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive work environment. They will coach and develop their team members, manage stock, update visual displays, and ensure efficient rostering to meet productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
