As the Store Manager , you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.
To thrive here, you should ideally have: Management / leadership experience.
A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
Given the local clientele, any skill in Mandarin would be greatly appreciated.
