The Role
- Maintain equipment fleet to manufacturer and company standards
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing while adhering to Australian standards
- Develop professional working relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist with various workshop duties as required
- Foster a safety-focused work environment
This full-time position comes with an hourly rate range of $32.00-$38.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm.
Vacancies exist in Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth locations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an equivalent mechanical role conducting services and repairs
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and rectify basic electrical and hydraulic faults
- An aptitude for taking directions and meeting set deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing situations effectively with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to quality; prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and self-motivation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug and alcohol screening
- A valid driver's license
