Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Structured Finance team in Sydney.

About the Role:

This key position involves leading the rating of complex transactions, providing guidance to the team, and managing workflow to ensure timely review of structured finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the rating of new transactions, including those involving new asset classes and issuers.
  • Provide expertise and support to the team throughout transaction execution and ongoing surveillance.
  • Manage the team's workflow to ensure all transactions are reviewed on a continuous 12-month schedule.
  • Prepare analytical documentation and present findings in committee meetings.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep understanding of securitisation markets.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in structured finance, ideally in a credit or analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience in credit analysis, proposal memo preparation, structuring advice, deal execution, legal review, and cash flow modelling.
