About this Role

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and oversight to the organisation.

This strategic leader will own and drive finance across the group, encompassing financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, cash flow management, risk management and strategic financial guidance to support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic financial management and leadership
  • Overseeing accounting & financial operations, including reporting & compliance
  • Developing and reviewing financial policies and procedures
  • Identifying and assessing financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations and product development teams

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Economics
  • CPA / CA qualifications
  • 8-10 years' experience in finance and management
  • Experience of managing in a multi brand environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking
