**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our cloud transformation efforts and deliver high-quality services to our business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of skilled resources and partner with vendors to deliver cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with various business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage outsourced partners to ensure high service levels and compliance with IT security best practices.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure architectures that meet our business needs.
  • Engage and manage complex vendor license agreements with major providers.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with a focus on cloud transformation and service delivery.
  • Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong background in team management and leadership.
  • Proven ability to work within large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements, such as PCI or ISO.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • Qualifications/certifications in ITIL.
  • Experience in security technologies and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • Demonstrated success in handling and resolving critical outages swiftly and efficiently.
