Job Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of high-quality software solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

This role holds a key position within the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, and is instrumental in shaping the technological advancements of the organization. We are looking for someone who can drive innovation by exploring and integrating advanced technologies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Architect and oversee the development of complex software systems, ensuring deliverables meet high standards. Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of software systems, anticipating future needs and industry shifts. Create and execute disaster recovery plans, ensuring robustness and resilience of systems.
  • Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems and processes, aligning detailed technical specifications with strategic project goals. Contribute expertise to Good Practice assessments and compliance, ensuring that all software systems meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the technical expert, guiding teams in diagnosing and resolving high-impact issues. Develop strategies to enhance the support framework.
  • Learning & Development: Encourage team members' growth by providing guidance on educational resources and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7 – 9 years of related experience + Master's Degree OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in a broad range of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Proficient in architecting systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Strategic Collaboration:

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and external partners to drive forward technological initiatives.
