Job Title: Community Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Projects Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week) until 30 June 2026. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective and high-quality support to our program, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and utilizing your project delivery skills to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including community partners and organizations.
  • Utilize your project delivery skills to achieve program outcomes, including data management and reporting.
  • Provide high-quality support to the program, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Community Development or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of community project experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project delivery skills, including data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of Excel and data management software.
