Community Projects Officer

Windermere Child and Family Services is seeking a highly organized and excellent communicator to join our team as a Community Projects Officer. This is a part-time opportunity (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week) until 30 June 2026.

About the Role

The Community Projects Officer will provide effective and high-quality support for the Communities for Children (CfC) Cranbourne program, working closely with community stakeholders and partners to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders and partners
  • Utilize project delivery skills to achieve program outcomes
  • Develop and maintain data systems and reporting outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Community Development or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in community project work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
