As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive clinical mental health services to people with mental illness or mental disorder.
About the RoleThis is a temporary full-time position that requires an experienced mental health professional with tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, and eligibility for membership of relevant professional bodies.
- You must have demonstrated skills in mental health assessments and interventions, experience working with people with mental illness, and excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of NSW Mental Health Act 2007 and Mental Health Amendment (Statutory Review) Act 2014 is also required.
Lithgow Community Health Centre offers a range of public health services, including emergency department, geriatric assessment unit, obstetric services, paediatric service, and drug and alcohol unit.
