We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Safety Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This key position is designed to facilitate effective work health and safety practices across various business units, reporting directly to the Work Health and Safety Lead Specialist.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to provide expert advice, coaching and support on work health and safety matters, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.

This role requires a degree qualification in a related field or substantial experience in a similar role with ongoing professional development.

  • A valid WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Card.
  • A Class C driver's licence.
  • Experience in work health and safety management within a diverse service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong partnerships to promote a culture of workplace safety.
  • Drive compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
  • Engage and coach staff and management to enhance workplace safety performance.
