We empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury through our services and those delivered by our claims agents. We provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible.
Job Description
As a highly competent leader with proven experience and capability in leading successful customer centric teams, you will lead and positively contribute to your team's culture by providing leadership, guidance and management. You will manage resources to ensure quality outcomes, resolve issues, provide advice and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience and capability in leading successful customer centric teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that enable building relationships, influencing key stakeholders and helping the team succeed.
Working Conditions
- Required to work under a roster system, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- May be required to work overtime during peak processing periods.
