About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airline Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airline's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to schedule training sessions and manage instructor resources.
  • Manage data entry for reporting, online training administration, and course documentation.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with instructional staff and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Administer qualification issuance and conduct quality checks on training documentation.
  • Support operational rostering requirements by managing disruptions to training schedules.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Professional attitude, strong organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
