This permanent part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality kindergarten programs.
- To achieve this, we are seeking a motivated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator with a strong understanding of early childhood development and education.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our vibrant teams to develop and implement innovative, culturally responsive and developmentally based programs that meet the needs and interests of each child.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff, families, management and other professionals.
- Contribute to daily routines including intentional teaching and spontaneous experiences that cater to individual children's needs.
- SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRODUCTIVE TEAM CULTURE AND CONTRIBUTE TO DAILY ROUTINES INCLUDING INTENTIONAL TEACHING AND SPONTANEOUS EXPERIENCES THAT MEET THE NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF EACH CHILD.
